Aujourd’hui, nous avons l’opportunité unique de changer l’histoire du tatouage en Belgique. C’est maintenant ou jamais ! Pour la première fois, une pétition officielle a été déposée au Parlement pour réclamer la reconnaissance professionnelle du tatouage et la protection de ses acteurs.

Et cette pétition ne concerne pas seulement les tatoueurs. Elle concerne toutes les personnes tatouées, tous ceux qui veulent un métier encadré, des normes de sécurité garanties et des artistes respectés pour leur savoir-faire.

🛑 Pourquoi cette pétition est-elle cruciale ?

La législation belge sur le tatouage date de 2005, alors que nous sommes en 2025 ! En vingt ans, notre métier a énormément évolué, mais nos droits n’ont pas suivi. Aujourd’hui, nous demandons au gouvernement de :

✅ Protéger les clients avec des normes sanitaires plus strictes.

✅ Assurer des droits fondamentaux aux tatoueurs, comme le droit à la maladie ou à une reconnaissance professionnelle claire.

✅ Mieux encadrer le marché, en interdisant la vente en ligne de matériel contrefait, dangereux et accessible à n’importe qui.

✅ Mettre fin à la concurrence déloyale de ceux qui pratiquent sans respecter les règles, mettant en péril la santé des clients et la réputation des vrais professionnels.

Chaque année, des milliers de Belges se font tatouer. Ils méritent que ce geste artistique et symbolique soit réalisé par des professionnels protégés et reconnus.

Contrairement aux pétitions sur des sites privés, celle-ci est hébergée par l’État belge. Cela signifie que votre signature est prise en compte au Parlement et qu’elle peut vraiment changer la loi. Oui, il faut quelques passages pour s’identifier, mais c’est le prix d’une action qui a un impact concret !

Vandaag hebben we een unieke kans om de geschiedenis van tatoeage in België te veranderen. Het is nu of nooit! Voor het eerst is er een officiële petitie ingediend bij het Parlement om te pleiten voor de professionele erkenning van tatoeages en de bescherming van iedereen in de sector.

De Belgische wetgeving over tatoeages dateert van 2005, maar we leven nu in 2025! In twintig jaar tijd is onze sector enorm geëvolueerd, maar onze rechten zijn niet meegegroeid. Daarom vragen we aan de overheid om:

✅ De klanten te beschermen met strengere gezondheids- en veiligheidsnormen.

✅ Fundamentele rechten voor tattoo-artiesten te garanderen, zoals het recht op ziekteverlof en een duidelijke erkenning als beroep.

✅ De markt beter te reguleren, door de online verkoop van namaakmateriaal en gevaarlijke apparatuur te verbieden.

✅ Eerlijke concurrentie te waarborgen, zodat illegale praktijken en ongeschoolde amateurs de gezondheid van klanten en de reputatie van professionals niet in gevaar brengen.

Elk jaar laten duizenden Belgen zich tatoeëren. Zij verdienen het om geholpen te worden door professionals die beschermd en erkend zijn.
